. We know life can be demanding and you may not always be able to join us for worship or during one of our TV broadcast times. You no longer have to miss the word our pastors bring each Sunday morning.
Edenton Street Church's 10:55 am service is one of our two traditional Sunday morning worship services. If you cannot join us for this service and have missed one of its TV re-broadcasts, there are still a couple ways you can experience it. We record each one of these worship services on audio CD and make them available online and through our church's Tape Ministry.
The online Sermon, which is recorded from the 10:55 am service, is only part of our traditional worship service; it is the word our pastors bring to us from God and it is always worth hearing. And, packaged as an e-Sermon, it is a convenient and effective way for us to continue "Sharing Christ from the Heart of Raleigh."
Each of our online recordings is about 20 minutes (unless otherwise noted) in either the Real multimedia format or the MP3 format. To use Real, you must have Real media player software from Real installed on your computer to listen to it. This software is available from the Real web site and their new media player, RealOne Player, is available free of charge. There are many common MP3 players, notably Windows Media Center, available free of charge. If you have trouble with the software or hearing these recordings, see our troubleshooting tips.
You can download either format to your own PC to keep or to transfer to your MP3 player by doing a right click with the mouse (pointing to the format you want) and choosing the "Save Target as.." selection from the menu. You can then choose the folder you want to save the file in.
About three months of past sermons are available online. However, the Church Library has a copy of all of the recorded worship services available on audio cassette and CD. For more information about the sermons on audio CD in the Library, contact Dorathy Chance, Church Librarian. (email or ext. 236)
