The Edenton Street UMC AIDS Care Team is looking for new members interested in joining this powerful, rewarding, Christ-filled ministry. The Care Team serves in conjunction with the Alliance of AIDS Services Carolina (http://www.aas-c.org/aasc/faith.html) to minister to people affected by HIV/AIDS, and raise awareness of this disease.

There are some group meetings, we meet with our care partner at least once a month, and we develop programs to better educate our church and local community. Our Care Team was established in 1985, and we are always looking for special folks who have a heart for ministering to people with this disease.
